All designs sold for Personal Use, meaning you can use my designs to create physical goods like printed t-shirts, mugs, etc, for your project, your family and friends.

Small Business - we support small businesses that print and create their items in-house, printing t-shirts, mugs, tumblers, or any physical item. Therefore we have two types of items in my shop –

Commercial Free Designs – Designs for both personal and commercial free use, meaning you can create and sell your printed items made with these designs. You are not required to purchase a license to these designs. All the commercial free use designs are marked at the bottom of the item’s photos.

Commercial License Designs – Exclusive and top selling designs that require you to purchase a license along with the design itself. This license allows you to sell your items made with these designs.
    • Commercial License Selling Physical Items - Printed T-Shirts, mugs, tumblers, etc.
    • Commercial License Selling as Transfers - Printed Transfers, DTF films, or Complete Cuts.

• All designs sold for personal use and you can make your project with it, or make printed items for your family and friends. You may use the image and place it on an item, you can create items (like t-shirts, mugs, etc..) with this design.

• You can NOT share, resell, give, transfer, or redistribute Digital Sky designs. The actual digital files, all formats cannot be sold in any way.

• You can't claim it as your own. Altering or modifying my design in any way does not make it yours, and does NOT give you the right to sell it as a digital file for download or in physical item format.

• Print on Demand / Third Party use - I support small businesses that run their business in-house and create and ship their items. I do not allow my files to be uploaded to third-party Company, third-party print shops, or print on demand websites.

Please Note: The terms of use for Digital Sky Designs are limited to products with no existing trademarks relating to the purchased designs. While I try to stay diligent in checking my designs for trademarked phrases, some may slip through or be registered any time after the design has been created for sale. Please research your text and design trademarks. In the event of a dispute over your products and the trademark holder, Digital Sky Designs will not be held responsible, as I do not delegate which products the purchaser uses the purchased design on. By purchasing our products, you agree to our terms of use.

•   All items in my shop are Digital Products – After you make your purchase an email is sent to you containing the link to your digital file download.

•   No physical product will be shipped to you.

•   Physical product photos (mockup images) are for display purposes only.

•   Refunds / Exchanges - As this is a digital instant download product, NO refunds can be given after the download of the files is made, if you purchased something by honest mistake contact me BEFORE you download the files. Refunds will be given only if you accidentally purchased the same design more than ones.

Direct Print & Sublimation Designs (High Quality 300dpi High Resolution PNG Image files)

• DTS, DTG and DTF Printing - Is the most recommended type of print for these types of images, it will give you the best results with the image colors and effects and printing on any color t-shirt will result the best.

• Sublimation – Print on white fabric using sublimation printer.

• Printing – Heat Transfer Sheets Printing (white t-shirts) iron on's.

Cut Files Designs - SVG and DXF cut files for the use of cutting machines (Cricut/Cameo). Cut the design layers using different vinyl colors, than iron on it to a t-shirt or any other physical item. All cut file designs include SVG, DXF, EPS Cut files and also all images you see on the item’s photos as PNG image files for printing.
